Ingredients
5 tbsp all-purpose gluten-free flour
1 tbsp Simply Dessert Sugar-Free White Chocolate Pudding Mix
1 cup whole milk
4 tbsp lemon juice
3 egg yolks
3 egg whites
1 tsp vanilla extract
Toppings:
Powdered monk fruit
Whipped cream
Valentine’s Day sprinkles
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
