Ingredients

    • 1 tsp sea salt

    • 1/8 tsp black pepper

    • 1½ cups couscous

    • 1 cup roasted butternut squash, cubed

    • 1 tbsp dried thyme

    • 1½ cups chicken broth

    • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan, Manchego, or dairy-free cheese

    • 1/2 tbsp red pepper flakes


Instructions
