Ingredients
Pineapple Sauce:Â Â
1/2 cup Nutiva Coconut Aminos
3 tbsp pineapple juice
3 tsp rice vinegar
2 tsp sriracha
1 tbsp dried green onions
1/2 tbsp red pepper flakes
Dumplings:Â Â
2 sock-eye salmon fillets
2 tsp ground ginger
2 tbsp Nutiva Coconut Aminos
1/4 tsp sea salt
1 pack monk fruit sweetener
1/8 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 large whisked egg
10 gluten-free dumpling wrappers
Garnish:Â Â
2 tbsp dried green onions
2 tsp sriracha
Instructions
Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
Finely chop the salmon, combine with ginger, coconut aminos, salt, pepper, monk fruit, and garlic in a bowl.
Cook salmon mixture in a skillet with green onions until fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes over medium-high heat.
Brush dumpling wrappers’ edges with egg, place a small spoon of salmon filling in the center, and fold to seal. Repeat for all dumplings.
Air fry the dumplings at 380°F for 6 minutes, sprayed lightly with oil.
Serve hot with pineapple aminos sauce and garnishes.
