Apple Caramel Berry Crunch Bars (Low Carb & Gluten Free)

Who else loves berries no matter the season? Hard to resist any type of berry and in this recipe I'm simply combining it with my favorite low carb and gluten free cereal in Apple Cinnamon flavor and guys, these bars are amazing!

This recipe had an unexpected twist but it was delicious and you are going to love how easy these are to make, and your gut will do too since we are using beef gelatin that will provide amino acids for that gut barrier. Plus we are keeping it gluten free as well!

About these Apple Caramel Berry Crunch Bars:

How can we say no to a good apple caramel combo recipe? There's something irresistible about the taste and texture that I just couldn't resist using this apple cinnamon cereal in a bar! I also wanted to include some keto blueberry muffins I had... EPIC COMBO!

In this recipe we are using simple ingredients and nutrient dense. From the MCT to thickness, protein and some beef gelatin to the recipe... just easy and delicious recipe that you cannot miss out.

The Base, Vegan Protein Goodness:

Adding some protein powder for extra creaminess and a satisfying filling. I have been also obsessed with the Nuzest Smooth Vanilla Plant Based Protein, their ingredients are always the best and the taste is always delicious too, this smooth vanilla is basically a healthy, dreamy and indulgent vanilla milkshake (keto and gluten free!).

Crunchy, melts in your mouth and just the best of both worlds. For snack or dessert these bars are just a great idea and good to keep in your freezer, no need to bake or cook... so this recipe is basically fail proof.

Made with simple ingredients and minimal steps that makes these bars even better and convenient, only the best way to start the day; gluten free, low carb and dreamy tasting snack, breakfast or treat.

And because we all love a good easy and convenient snack I kept it super easy, made with the simplest ingredients that are also good for you!

Key Ingredients:

Okay, so as I mentioned earlier I'm using Magic Spoon Cereal, that it's also low carb, high protein and gluten free. It's just perfect and I loveeee it so much. I'm using the Apple Cinnamon (but you can use the cinnamon in case they ran out since it's limited edition) cereal for this recipe but all of their flavors are just sooo good!

Overall, these are the ingredients needed for these Apple Caramel Berry Crunch Bars:

A very complete recipe here! They key is always choosing better ingredients; in this occasion we are adding that sweetness with granulated monk fruit as a replacement of regular sugar that has a lower impact in blood sugar.

The applesauce, apple cinnamon cereal and caramel coffee creamer creates a perfect fall and satisfying recipe, for snack or desert! You just have to make these easy protein bars.

Super nutrient dense and extremely easy to make! Only mix, pour and freeze. It doesn't get easier and as delicious! A great way to step up the cereal game!

Nutritional Benefits of this Recipe:

Well, we are all about that gut health here, since we are using beef gelatin that will provide essential amino acids that work to protect our gut barrier and give some extra love to our joints.

The MCT oil is another ingredient that might no have vitamins but it helps with the absorption of the vitamins from the applesauce. Keeping it simple but functional.

The full instructions will be below along with the nutritional information per serving. This is just a super easy and flavorful recipe for you to enjoy and your body will love; source of protein, nutrients and flavor!
