Hazelut Churro Toffee Cereal Bark

Serves 6-8
Ingredients
1 cup granulated monk fruit
1 cup butter
1 tsp sea salt
1 tbsp cornstarch
Bark:
3 cups favorite cereal
1 cup sugar-free white chocolate chips, melted
1 cup cacao hazelnut spread
Topping:
2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup brown granulated monk fruit
Instructions
Prepare Churro Mix: Combine cinnamon and brown monk fruit. Set aside.
Preheat & Prepare Tray: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking tray with a silicone mat or wax paper.
Layer Cereal: Evenly spread cereal over the tray.
Make Toffee: In a pot, combine granulated monk fruit, sea salt, and cornstarch with butter. Bring to a boil, stirring continuously for 3 minutes until it reaches a caramel color.
Assemble: Pour toffee over cereal, then spread cacao hazelnut spread followed by melted white chocolate.
