S’mores Fall Protein Bark

Serves 4-6
Ingredients
1 cup sugar-free salted caramel chocolate chips (melted)
1/2 bag of Crisp Power Cinnamon Crunch Protein Pretzels, crushed
1/3 cup of crushed dark chocolate peanut butter candy pieces
2 tbsp of pecans
3 tbsp of sugar-free white chocolate chips
1 pinch of sea salt
1 cup of sugar-free marshmallows
Instructions
Gently melt the chocolate chips using 30-second microwave intervals or a double boiler. To help it melt evenly, add 1 teaspoon of coconut oil if desired.
Pour and spread the melted chocolate into a silicone dish or a lined baking tray.
