S’mores Fall Protein Bark

Serves 4-6


Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar-free salted caramel chocolate chips (melted)

  • 1/2 bag of Crisp Power Cinnamon Crunch Protein Pretzels, crushed

  • 1/3 cup of crushed dark chocolate peanut butter candy pieces

  • 2 tbsp of pecans

  • 3 tbsp of sugar-free white chocolate chips

  • 1 pinch of sea salt

  • 1 cup of sugar-free marshmallows


Instructions

  1. Gently melt the chocolate chips using 30-second microwave intervals or a double boiler. To help it melt evenly, add 1 teaspoon of coconut oil if desired.

  2. Pour and spread the melted chocolate into a silicone dish or a lined baking tray.

  3. Roast the marshmallows using an air fryer or a kitchen torch until bubbly and lightly toasted.
