Ingredients

To Cover the Truffles

  • 1/4 cup of cacao powder: A healthy chocolate coating.

  • 1/4 cup of brown granulated monk fruit: A natural sweetener for a touch of sweetness.


Instructions

  1. Mix the Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the Nuzest chocolate vegan protein, cinnamon powder, Artisana Market hot chocolate powder, gingerbread pecan butter, and hazelnut granola. Mix until well combined.

  2. Form the Truffles: Use your hands to roll the mixture into 10 bite-sized balls. Ensure they are compact so they hold together well.

  3. Coat the Truffles: In a shallow dish, combine the cacao powder and brown granulated monk fruit. Roll each truffle in this mixture until fully coated.
