  • 3/4 cup cornmeal

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1 teaspoon sea salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon taco seasoning

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 cup drained corn kernels

  • 1 roasted jalapeño, chopped

  • 1/2 cup organic sour cream or Greek yogurt

  • 1/2 pack Diestel Ground Turkey Chorizo, cooked

Queso Fundido Topping

  • 1 pack Cacique Oaxaca cheese


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease your preferred cake or baking pan.
