Ingredients
Makes 10 Cookies
Cookies:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/3 cup almond flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp pumpkin spice
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup granulated monk fruit
1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
1 cup softened butter
2 egg yolks
Filling:
1 cup St. Dalfour Apple Cinnamon Fruit Spread
1/3 cup sugar-free white chocolate chips (melted)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, almond flour, cinnamon, ground ginger, pumpkin spice, baking soda, and baking powder. Mix well.
