Avocado Grilled Cheese Bagel

Serves 1
Ingredients
1 Eat Royo Low Carb Bagel (PURELYHL for discount)
1/2 sliced avocado
1/4 tsp of garlic
1/8 tsp of black pepper
1/4 tsp of sea salt
1 tsp of red pepper flakes
2 slices of mozzarella cheese
3 tbsp of sun-dried tomatoes
1/4 cup of roasted red onion
Instructions
Slice the bagel in half, set aside.
Slice the avocado and top one half of the bagel with it and sprinkle seasonings.
Top with cheese, roasted onion and sun-dried tomatoes.
Air fry for 3 minutes (per side) at 385F.
