  • 1/4 tsp of baking salt

  • 2/3 cup of granulated monk fruit (or regular sugar)

  • 1 whole eggs

  • 1/3 cup of unsweetened applesauce

  • 1/4 cup of melted butter

  • 2 tsp of vanilla extract

  • 1 cup of chopped apple

  • 2 tsp of cinnamon

  • 1 cup of pistachio barista milk

For the Pistachio Topping

  • 2 tbsp of ground pistachios


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, baking salt, monk fruit, and cinnamon.

  3. Add the egg, applesauce, melted butter (or coconut oil), vanilla extract, and Táche Pistachio Milk to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined.
