Cherry Almond Mocha Banana Bread

Serves 6-8 pieces


Ingredients

  • 1 cup of gluten-free flour

  • 2 scoops of Chike Nutrition Mocha Protein Coffee

  • 1/4 tsp of baking salt

  • 2/3 of RxSugar alullose (MARIA20 for discount)

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 bananas

  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup of vanilla greek yogurt

  • 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk

  • 3/4 cup of cherries

  • 1 3/4 chopped Rise Bars in Mocha Almond

Toppings

  • 1/4 cup of chopped cherries

  • 1/4 chopped Rise Bar in Almond Mocha


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven at 350F.

  2. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.

  3. Place the bananas in a bowl and microwave for 1:30 minutes.

  4. Add the eggs, vanilla extract, bananas and mix well with the dry ingredients.

  5. Add in the cherries and chopped bars.

  6. Transfer the batter into a silicone loaf baking dish.

  7. Add your toppings.

  8. Bake for 40 minutes and let them cool down.

  9. Let it cool down, slice and enjoy!
