This recipe overall is gluten-free, low sugar and vegan friendly as well. I used the puffed rice cereal, Nutpods Cookie Butter Coffee Creamer (PURELY_HEALTHY_LIVING for discount), Equip Foods CaramelGrass-Fed Protein (PURELYHL for discount) to add more flavor to it, to create some magic along with some Mexican Vanilla Extract, cinnamon, and laughing cow cheese.

Serves 4 big pieces



  • Strawberries


  1. Blend the laughing cow cheese with eggs, yogurt, alullose, vanilla extract, protein, cinnamon and laughing cow cheese.

  2. Mix the blend with the puffed cereal and transfer into a baking dish.

  3. Bake for 25-30 minutes.

  4. Let it cool down, slice and enjoy!
