Gingerbread Pear Maple Glazed Bread

Serves 6 big slices
Ingredients
1 1/2 cup of all purpose gluten-free flour
2/3 cup of cinnamon granola
1 tsp of baking powder
1 tsp of baking soda
1/2 cup of granulated monk fruit
2 tsp of vanilla extract
1/3 cup of Wallaby's Whole Milk Aussie Style Greek Yogurt in Vanilla Bean
2 organic whole eggs
1/2 cup of NutPods Gingerbread Latte (PURELY_HEALTHY_LIVING for 15% off!)
Instructions
Preheat the oven at 350F.
Mix the dry ingredients, save some granola for the topping.
Chop the pear and microwave for 1:30 minutes.
Add the wet ingredients with the pear and mix until fully incorporated.
Pour the batter into a silicone baking loaf dish.
Top with leftover granola.
Bake for 40 minutes.
Let it cool down, slice into 6-8 slices and enjoy!
