Gingerbread Pear Maple Glazed Bread

Serves 6 big slices


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup of all purpose gluten-free flour

  • 2/3 cup of cinnamon granola

  • 1 tsp of baking powder

  • 1 tsp of baking soda

  • 1/2 cup of granulated monk fruit

  • 2 tsp of vanilla extract

  • 1/3 cup of Wallaby's Whole Milk Aussie Style Greek Yogurt in Vanilla Bean

  • 2 organic whole eggs

  • 1/2 cup of NutPods Gingerbread Latte (PURELY_HEALTHY_LIVING for 15% off!)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven at 350F.

  2. Mix the dry ingredients, save some granola for the topping.

  3. Chop the pear and microwave for 1:30 minutes.

  4. Add the wet ingredients with the pear and mix until fully incorporated.

  5. Pour the batter into a silicone baking loaf dish.

  6. Top with leftover granola.

  7. Bake for 40 minutes.

  8. Let it cool down, slice into 6-8 slices and enjoy!
