1 1/4 cups Dilettoso Va Vanilla Amore Mix
2 scoops of vanilla protein (optional)
1/4 tsp baking salt
1/2 cup granulated monk fruit
2 large eggs
2 ripe bananas
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp almond extract
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup dye-free sprinkles
Vanilla Frosting:
1 cup powdered monk fruit
2/3 cup whipped cream cheese
1 tsp vanilla extract
Toppings:
Additional dye-free sprinkles
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
