Candied Gingerbread Protein Brownies

Serves 9 brownies


Ingredients

  • 1 cup of Beth Blends Gluten-Free Flour (PURELYHL for discount)

  • 1 tsp of baking powder

  • 1/2 cup of granulated monk fruit

  • 1 scoop of Isopure Low Carb Protein in Dutch Chocolate

  • 1/4 cup of Artisana Organics cacao hazelnut butter

  • 2 whole eggs

  • 1 banana

  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

  • 1 Fudge Brownie Chocolate Bar (used Gatsby)

  • 1/4 tbsp of crushed Paradise Crystalized Ginger

Chocolate Glaze


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven at 350F.

  2. Mix all the dry ingredients for the brownies.

  3. Melt the chocolate bar in the microwave with a water bath method.

  4. Add the wet ingredients and mix until fully incorporated.

  5. Transfer the brownie batter to a 8x8 silicone baking dish.

  6. Bake for 28-30 minutes.

  7. Mix the maple syrup with powdered monk fruit.

  8. Top the baked and cooled cookies with the glaze and cut into 9 pieces.
