Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 4 scoops Marigold Cacao Collagen (use code PHL)

  • 1/3 cup dark cacao powder

  • 1 tablespoon instant coffee

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • ½ teaspoon sea salt

  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

  • 2/3 cup organic sour cream

  • 1 organic egg

  • ½ cup sugar-free chocolate gems (like Justin’s)

For Topping:

  • 1 sugar-free peanut butter chocolate bar, chopped

  • 2-4 crushed sugar-free cookie sandwiches


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients: flour, cacao powder, instant coffee, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
