For this recipe I did use eggs but feel free to make this fully vegan by using your favorite egg replacement, flaxseeds and chia seeds are great alternatives that will also add some zinc, magnesium and B vitamins.

Caramel Macchiato French Toast Bundt Cake

Serves 8


Ingredients


Method

  1. Preheat the your oven at 350F.

  2. Cut into half inch squares the bread and bake for 12 minutes.

  3. Mix the eggs, nut butter, monk fruit and espresso.

  4. Add in the cashews and the toasted bread.

  5. Add the whole mix into a greased bundt cake.

  6. Bake for 25-28 minutes.

  7. Let it cool down, cut into 8 slices.

  8. ENJOY!
