Caramelized Banana Churro Protein Oats

Ingredients
For the Protein Oats:
1/3 cup (50g) of rolled oats
1 tsp of ground cinnamon
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1 pinch of sea salt
3 tbsp of brown granulated monk fruit
1 cup of homemade oat milk
1/2 cup of Wallaby's Aussie Style Greek Yogurt
For the Caramelized Bananas:
1 sliced banana (into coins)
2 tbsp of brown granulated monk fruit
1/4 tsp of ground cinnamon
Extras:
Maple Syrup (can be sugar-free)
Instructions
Prepare the Oats: Combine all the ingredients except for the yogurt in a microwave-safe bowl. Cook in the microwave for 2 minutes at high power until the oats become creamy. Alternatively, you can prepare them overnight by soaking the oats in the same mixture.
Caramelize the Bananas: In your air fryer, place the banana slices and sprinkle with monk fruit and cinnamon. Cook for 8 minutes at 380°F until caramelized and golden.
