Serves 8 scones


Ingredients

  • 1 2/3 cups of organic flour

  • 1 tsp of baking soda

  • 1 tsp of baking powder

  • 2/3 cup granulated monk fruit sweetener

  • 3/4 cup Nuttzo Churro Nut Butter

  • 2 large organic eggs

  • 2 tbsp of whole milk Greek yogurt

  • 2 tsp of vanilla extract

  • 1 pinch of sea salt

  • 1 grated carrot

  • 1/3 cup of crushed Marigold Keto Candied Pecans

  • 1/2 cup of room temperature cream cheese

  • 2 scoops of Marigold Horchata Collagen Powder


Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Mix the Cream Cheese: In a bowl, combine the cream cheese with 2 scoops of Marigold Horchata Collagen Powder and 3 tablespoons of monk fruit sweetener; mix until smooth.

  3. Prepare Dry Ingredients: In another bowl, combine the organic flour, baking powder, baking soda, sea salt, and remaining granulated monk fruit sweetener.
