This is extremely easy to make and extremely flavorful! The ingredients are simple and short, and the process of making these is just as minimal and easy, you'll be surprised... your guests and their tastebuds! This recipe is perfect no matter the occasion but I wanted to add a little fun twist by using some dairy-free cheese mix, ramen and some roasted jalapeños.

This are easy to make, creamy, flavorful and so addicting! I'm obsessed, and since I have always been a fan of ramen and the combination of Mexican and Asian flavors in one! These noodles are great for lunch or dinner.

Cheesy Spicy Ramen

Serves 1


Ingredients

  • 1 Pack Ramen Noodles

  • 1 pack of Simple Organics Dairy Free Cheddar Cheese Mix

  • 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 chopped roasted jalapeño

  • 1 fried egg


Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles in boiling water for 4 minutes, and strain water.

  2. Mix the cheese pack with unsweetened almond milk and microwave for 1:30 minutes.

  3. Mix the noodles with the rest of the ingredients with the sauce packet included in the noodles.

  4. Top with egg and garnish (roasted jalapeños and red pepper chili flakes).
