Chickpea Slaw Vegan Hot-Dog

Serves 2-3


Ingredients

  • 2-3 Little Northern Bakehouse Hot Dog Buns

  • 1 cup of cooked chickpeas

  • 1 lime (the juice)

  • ½ cup of chopped red cabbage

  • 3 tbsp of chopped cilantro

  • ½ cup of chopped apple

  • ¼ cup of fat-free and sugar free yogurt

  • ½ tsp of garlic

  • 1 tsp of miso paste

  • ⅛ tsp of black pepper

  • 2 tsp of dried ranch dressing seasoning

  • 1 tbsp of chipotle

  • 1 roasted jalapeño


Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.

  2. Spread extra yogurt or vegan mayonnaise inside the hot dogs, optional.

  3. Stuff the hot dog buns with the chickpea slaw.

  4. Top with roasted jalapeños.
