This are easy to make, moist, flavorful and so addicting! I'm obsessed, and since I have always been a fan of chistorra that goes so well with seafood, just like lobster, all in a delicious comforting pasta... creamy and flavorful, this recipe is definitely a winner!

Gosh! It was good. It's such an easy comfort food; saucy, warm and with a nice kick of that tomato sauce and the chistorra.

I enjoyed mine for dinner or lunch, alone and by the forkful in a big bowl of those veggies and of course, my low carb pasta as well! A recipe worth making again no matter the season, perfect to share with your friends and family!

Chistorra & Lobster Creamy Pasta

Serves 2 servings


  • 2 pieces of fresh lobster

  • 2 pieces of chistorra

  • 1/2 tbsp of sea salt flakes

  • 1 tsp of garlic powder

  • 1/8 tsp of black pepper

Spicy Pasta Sauce

  • 2 tomatoes

  • 1/4 red onion

  • 1 tsp of sea salt flakes

  • 1 tsp of garlic powder

  • 1/8 tsp of black pepper

  • 2 pieces of the laughing cow cheese

  • 1 tbsp of red pepper chili flakes

  • 3 cups of palmini pasta (or pasta of choice)


  1. Preheat the oven at 350F.

  2. Cut the lobster from the tail to top, and then crack open.

  3. Add the seasonings and bake with the chistorra for 22 minutes.

  4. Place the tomatoes and red onion with a touch of black pepper and garlic, cover with foil paper and air fry for 20 minutes at 355.

  5. Once cooked blend all the ingredients for the sauce and cook the pasta.

  6. Serve with cooked lobster, chistorra and enjoy!
