Chocolate Chunky Almond Oatmeal Cookies

Serves 13 cookies


Ingredients


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven at 350F.

  2. Mix all the dry ingredients for the cookies, except for chocolate abuelita.

  3. Add the wet ingredients along with the ghee, mix until fully incorporated.

  4. Mix in the chocolate and scoop the cookie dough into a baking tray.

  5. Top with chocolate abuelita

  6. Refrigerate for 15 minutes for better cookies.

  7. Bake for 11 minutes.

  8. Enjoy!
