Ingredients

  • 1 14 oz can of full-fat coconut milk (chilled overnight)

  • 1 packet of Simply Dessert Chocolate Pudding

  • 1/4 cup granulated monk fruit sweetener

  • 1/4 cup coconut yogurt

Toppings

  • 1 tbsp of melted sugar-free chocolate chips

  • Sea Salt (for topping)


Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the chilled coconut milk, Simply Dessert Chocolate Pudding, monk fruit sweetener, and coconut yogurt.

  2. Blend until the mixture is completely smooth.

  3. Pour into a freezer-safe glass container and cover tightly.

  4. Freeze overnight. Before serving, stir well or let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes for easier scoopability.
