  • Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups Dilettoso Va Vanilla Amore Mix

  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder (optional)

  • 1/4 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 cup granulated monk fruit

  • 2 tbsp brown granulated monk fruit

  • 2 whole eggs

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1/4 cup vanilla yogurt

  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 1/2 cups cottage cheese

Vanilla Frosting

  • 1 cup powdered monk fruit

  • 3 tbsp almond milk

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a blender, blend together the cottage cheese, granulated monk fruit, vanilla extract, eggs, almond milk, and yogurt until smooth.
