Serves 9 blondies
Ingredients
1 cup Dilettoso Bella Berry Gluten-Free Amore Mix
1/2 cup of butter
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1 whole egg
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
Mix-Ins:
1/2 cup cream cheese (room temperature)
1/2 cup of green yogurt
1/2 cup powdered monk fruit
1 whole egg
1/2 cup of blueberries
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free Amore Mix, baking powder, and baking soda. Add butter, egg and vanilla extract; stir until a thick batter forms.
Mix the ingredients for the cream cheese until creamy. Fold in the blueberries.
Pour the blondie batter in an 8x8 baking dish and pour the cream cheese mixture and create swirls with a knife, almond fully incorporated to the blueberry batter.
Bake for 40 minutes, until golden around the edges. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
