Ingredients

For the Beef Layer:

  • 1 lb lean cooked ground beef

  • 1 tsp sea salt

  • 1 tsp black pepper

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 small onion, chopped

  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

For the Casserole Layer:

  • 3 cups chopped romaine lettuce

  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

  • 2 medium tomatoes, chopped

  • 5 slices cooked bacon, crumbled

  • 1 cup dill pickles, chopped

  • 2/3 cup special burger sauce (store-bought or homemade)

  • 1 7oz bag of Crisp Power Protein Pretzels in Sesame


Quick Homemade Burger Sauce (optional):1/2 cup mayo | 1/2 cup Greek yogurt | 3 tbsp mustard | 4 tbsp sugar-free ketchup | 1 tsp pickle relish | Pinch of paprika. Whisk together.


Instructions

  1. Prepare the Beef Layer: In a skillet, sauté the chopped onion in a tablespoon of oil until translucent. Add the cooked ground beef, season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well and cook until heated through.
