Ingredients
Beef
1 lb lean cooked ground beef
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 small onion, diced
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Casserole
3 cups chopped romaine lettuce
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar
2 medium tomatoes, diced
5 slices cooked bacon, chopped
1 cup dill pickles, chopped
2/3 cup special burger sauce (store-bought or homemade)
1 1/2 cups Crisp Power Protein Pretzels in Sesame, lightly crushed (reserve a little for garnish)
2 tbsp olive oil or butter for greasing the dish
Optional Garnish:
Sliced green onions, extra sauce drizzle
Quick Homemade Burger Sauce (optional)Whisk together:
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
3 tbsp mustard
4 tbsp sugar-free ketchup
