Can I swap out the plant-based protein?Absolutely—feel free to use any vanilla protein powder you like, or substitute with extra flour if you prefer.
What can I use instead of white chocolate?Melted nut butter or dark chocolate work wonderfully in place of white chocolate for either the truffle base or coating.
Are fresh strawberries okay instead of freeze-dried?Freeze-dried strawberries are recommended as they add texture and prevent the mixture from becoming soggy, but finely chopped dried strawberries can also work.
How long do these truffles keep?Store your truffles in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days. For longer storage, freeze them for up to 1 month.
