Serves 4-6


Ingredients:  

Ice Cream Base:  

  • 1 cup milk

  • ½ cup almond milk

  • ¼ cup granulated monk fruit sweetener

  • 1 tbsp Sue Bee Cinnamon Spin Honey

  • 1 tbsp vanilla pudding mix

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Mix-ins and Toppings:  

  • 1 peach, roasted or air fried with vanilla extract

  • 2–3 graham cookies, crushed

  • 1 tbsp Sue Bee Sea Salt Honey


Instructions

  1. Roast peach slices with vanilla extract at 350°F for 12 minutes using an air fryer or oven.

  2. Blend milk, almond milk, monk fruit, Sue Bee Cinnamon Spin Honey, vanilla pudding mix, and vanilla extract until smooth.

  3. Pour the mixture into a container, cover, and freeze overnight.

  4. Use an ice cream maker or Ninja Creami on ice cream setting to achieve creamy texture.
