Ingredients
For the Cookies:
1 ½ cups Dilettoso Va Vanilla Amore Mix
1 teaspoon baking powder
¼ cup softened butter
¼ cup pumpkin puree
2 organic large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
A pinch of sea salt
1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
For the Filling:
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
⅓ cup cookie butter
⅔ cup powdered monk fruit sweetener
