Ingredients
Cookie Dough
1 1/4 cups of oat flour
1 tbsp of cornstarch
4 scoops of Chike Protein Coffee in Chocolate Peanut Butter
1/4 cup of brown granulated monk fruit
1/2 cup of granulated monk fruit
1 tbsp of vanilla extract
3/4 cup of nut butter
2 tbsp of milk
Assembly
10 strawberries (stem removed)
1 cup of sugar-free melted chocolateÂ
Valentine’s Day Sprinkles
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the dry ingredients for the cookie dough, add in milk, nut butter and vanilla extract.
Carefully cover each strawberry with cookie dough. Cover in melted chocolate.
Decorate, refrigerate for 20-30 minutes and enjoy!
