1 1/3 cups gluten-free flour
1 pack Artisana Granola in Almond
2 tsp cinnamon
A dash of cardamom
3/4 cup Greek yogurt (or plant-based alternative)
1/4 cup maple syrup
Churro Coating
1 cup melted white chocolate
1 tbsp cinnamon
1/3 cup brown granulated monk fruit
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine gluten-free flour, Artisana Granola in Almond, cinnamon, cardamom, Greek yogurt, and maple syrup. Mix until well combined.
