Ingredients:
1 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour
½ cup oat flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
⅔ cup unsweetened coconut milk
½ cup whole milk Greek yogurt
1 tbsp Sue Bee Sea Salt Honey
2 tbsp crushed pistachios
2 organic eggs
2 tbsp melted coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
