Cacao Hazelnut Pumpkin Muffins

Serves 8-10
Ingredients
1 cup oat flour
2 scoops vanilla protein powder (optional)
2/3 cup monk fruit sweetener
1 large egg
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
Pinch of sea salt
1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
For the Chocolate Ganache:
3/4 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
1/4 cup Artisana Cacao Hazelnut Spread
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine oat flour, protein powder, monk fruit, sea salt.
Add Greek yogurt, pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, and egg. Mix until smooth.
Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
