Ingredients
2 medium roasted poblanos
1 cup cottage cheese
1/4 cup milk
1 tbsp taco seasoning
12 oz Soule's Chicken Fajitas (fully cooked)
1 large bag tortilla chips
2/3 cup shredded cheese
1/3 cup of corn (roasted for topping)
1 chopped roasted poblano pepper (for topping)
Instructions
Blend poblano, cottage cheese, milk, and taco seasoning to make sauce.
Warm Soule's Chicken Fajitas.
Layer chips, chicken, sauce, cheese; add your toppings. Heat in the microwave to make the cheese melt.
