Cranberry Chipotle Montecristo Brioche Sliders

Serves 6
Ingredients
2 eggs
3/4 cup of milk
6 St. Pierre Brioche Buns
4 slices of Diestel Turkey Deli
1 cup of frozen cranberries
2 tbsp of granulated monk fruit
2 tbsp of chipotle puree
1 tsp of garlic powder
1/2 tsp of sea salt
1/4 tsp of black pepper
6 slices of Wisconsin cheese
Instructions
Preheat the oven at 350F.
Mix the eggs with 1/2 tsp of garlic, 1/4 tsp of black pepper, milk and 1/4 tsp of salt.
Microwave for 2 minutes the cranberries with chipotle, seasonings and monk fruit.
Slice the buns in half, in order to have them as burger buns.
Soak each half in the egg mix and transfer to a greased baking dish.
Top with half of the cheese, top with turkey deli and cranberry jam, add the rest of the cheese.
Top with the other half of the brioche buns.
Bake for 20-21 minutes.
Slice and enjoy!
