Creamy Cheesy Broccoli Rice

Serves 2


Ingredients

  • 2 cups of cooked rice

  • 1 1/2 cup of I Eat My Greens in Broccoli Sunflower Seed Soup

  • 1 tsp of garlic

  • 1/8 of black pepper

  • 1 cup of steamed broccoli

  • 1/2 cup of shredded parmesan cheese


Instructions

  1. Mix the rice with seasoning and soup.

  2. Mix in broccoli and transfer to a baking dish.

  3. Top with cheese and bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is nicely melted.

  4. Serve and enjoy!
