Donna Kelce Cookies (Healthy Version)

Serves 13 cookies


Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup of Beth Blends Gluten-Free Flour (PURELYHL for discount)

  • 1/3 cup of organic vanilla cake mix

  • 1 tsp of baking powder

  • 1/4 tsp of baking salt

  • 2 scoops of Happy Way Caramel Protein (happymaria for discount)

  • 1/3 cup of brown granulated monk fruit

  • 1/2 cup of almond butter

  • 2 whole eggs

  • 2 tsp of vanilla extract

  • 1/4 cup of sugar-free white chocolate chips

  • 1/4 cup of sugar-free milk chocolate chips

  • 1/4 cup of crushed pecans


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven at 350F.

  2. Mix all the dry ingredients for the cookies, just half of the chocolate chips.

  3. Add the wet ingredients and mix until fully incorporated.

  4. Create 12 cookies and place them on a baking tray.

  5. Refrigerate for 15 minutes for better cookies.

  6. Add the rest of the both chocolate chips.

  7. Bake for 11-12 minutes.

  8. Enjoy!
