Ingredients
1 cup green olives, finely chopped
2/3 cup black olives, finely chopped
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp sherry vinegar
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tbsp dried parsley
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tbsp red pepper flakes
1/2 cup toasted panko breadcrumbs
1/4 cup crushed Casa Flores Fried & Salted Marcona Almonds
3 tbsp shredded Casa Flores Manchego cheese
Instructions
Finely chop the green and black olives.
Mix all ingredients—except some bread crumbs and almonds for topping—in a large bowl.
