Garlic Sage Mashed Potatoes

Serves 8
Ingredients
3 lb Yukon Gold potatoes
2 whole head of garlic
1 tbsp Nutiva Organic Coconut Oil Buttery Flavor (melted)
3 sage leaves (extra for decoration)
2 tbsp of dried green onions
1 tbsp of onion powder
2 tsp of sea salt
1/8 tsp of black pepper
1/2 cup Nutiva Organic Coconut Oil Buttery Flavor (melted)
2/3 cup plant-based cream cheese
To Serve:
Dried green onions
Melting Nutiva Organic Coconut Oil Buttery Flavor
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400F. Slice the upper part of the clove head, drizzle with Nutiva coconut oil and cover in foil paper. Bake for 40 minutes.
Slice the potatoes in chunks and boil the potatoes in water until fully soft. Drain the water.
Place the potatoes in a large bowl, squeeze the garlic from the head and add the rest of the ingredients for the mashed potatoes. Blend using an immersion blender.
Serve in a bowl with melted Nutiva Organic Coconut Oil Buttery Flavor and dried green onions. Enjoy!
