Ginger Banana Graham Kefir Pudding

Serves 1-2


Ingredients

Pudding

  • 1 1/4 cup of Kalona SuperNatural Organic Low Fat Buttermilk

  • 1/2 cup of vanilla greek yogurt

  • 1 pack of Simply Delish Banana Instant Pudding mix (PURELYHL for discount)

  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

  • 2 tbsp of granulated monk fruit

Toppings

  • 1/4 cup of cranberries

  • 1/4 cup of organic golden graham cookies

Glaze

  • 1/4 cup of powdered monk fruit

  • 1 tbsp of sugar-free caramel coffee creamer


Instructions

  1. Beat all the ingredients for the pudding until there are no lumps left.

  2. Pour in a jar (decorate optionally with more yogurt)

  3. Mix the ingredients for the glaze.

  4. Top the pudding with cranberries and graham cookies.

  5. Add the glaze and enjoy!
