Gingerbread Latte Banana Bread

Serves 6-8 pieces


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups of gluten-free

  • 2 scoops of Chike Protein Coffee in Sweet Cream

  • 2 tsp of ginger powder

  • 1 tsp of cinnamon

  • 1/4 tsp of baking salt

  • 1 tsp of baking powder

  • 1/4 cup of brown granulated monk fruit

  • 1 egg

  • 2 bananas

  • 2/3 cup of vanilla greek yogurt

  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

Maple Glaze

  • 2 tbsp of sugar-free maple syrup

  • 3/4 cup of powdered monk fruit

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven at 350F.

  2. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.

  3. Place the bananas in a bowl and microwave for 1:30 minutes.

  4. Add the egg, vanilla extract, bananas and greek yogurt, mix well.

  5. Mix the ingredients for the glaze and top the banana bread with it.

  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes, let them cool down, slice and enjoy!
