Goat Cheese Creamy Tilapia Skillet (Keto & Gluten Free)

Hello everyone! I really hope you are having a great week so far, day and year. This time I'm coming at you with a simple and creamy skillet recipe using tilapia and goat cheese that will be great for those weekly dinners or weekend meals with your friends and family.

A simple recipe that easily can feed a crowd and that it's also to make! Simple easy peasy steps for a nourishing high protein dinner while also providing some vitamins and minerals.

For the cream factor of this recipe I simply used roasted peppers, onions, goat cheese, bone broth and the seasonings. Roasting peppers are my absolute favorite, they are naturally sweet and the contrast of the goat cheese is just perfect! Really brings up the flavor.

I have been trying new ways to add goat cheese into my recipes for two main reasons; I bought some at Costco and you know that they always are big and secondly, I love goat cheese and I wish to use it more!

Tilapia fish. A staple and my life saver whenever I don't have anything prepared.

The reason why I love tilapia, or fish in general is that it doesn't take long to unfreeze and it's quick in minutes, it's a great source of high protein and it' extremely versatile! This recipe is a perfect example, and if you are into fish recipes and you want to try more fish recipes check these out!

I made this recipe in two parts really. I cooked my fish in my air fryer, but you can also bake it or prepare it on the easiest way for you; for me air frying or baking my proteins is extremely easy and convenient! So effortless and mess free.

For this Goat Cheese Creamy Tilapia Skillet:

  • Tilapia fish

  • Limes

  • Red bell pepper

  • Goat cheese

  • Red onion

  • Bone broth

  • Dried parsley

  • Sea salt

  • Garlic

  • Black pepper

When you are getting fish make sure you are getting sustainable source! They usually have a label that says so, on the back or front. You can find sustainable fish at any price range and in a lot of stores, you'll be surprised!

The plating of this recipe is another favorite part of it! All the veggies, here you can add your favorite veggies or the ones you have in your fridge, for my greens and tomatoes are a staple so those went down. Added some asparagus, they are simple and elegant!

Overall this recipe is:

  • Keto

  • Gluten and Grain Free

  • Meal Prep Friendly

  • Nut Free

  • Delicious!

This is a great recipe that your family or friends will love! Simple and elegant no matter the occasion, this recipe is made to enjoy in the most effortless and most delicious way ever! So are you ready? Grab those ingredients and let's get started!

Remember that sharing is caring so please spread the love by saving, sharing or bookmarking this recipe for later. To cook with your loved ones on one of your amazing brunches or friend gatherings!

With love,

María
