2 slices of sourdough bread
8 slices of Sonoma Cheese Garlic Jack
2 tbsp of dried chives
1 tbsp of furikake
2 tbsp of gochujang paste
4 tbsp of avocado oil mayonnaise
1/2 cup of cooked crispy pancetta
2 tbsp of butter (for cooking)
Instructions
Mix gochujang paste and mayo.
Spread on bread, layer Sonoma Cheese Garlic Jack, pancetta, chives, furikake, and more cheese.
