  • 2 slices of sourdough bread

  • 8 slices of Sonoma Cheese Garlic Jack

  • 2 tbsp of dried chives

  • 1 tbsp of furikake

  • 2 tbsp of gochujang paste

  • 4 tbsp of avocado oil mayonnaise

  • 1/2 cup of cooked crispy pancetta

  • 2 tbsp of butter (for cooking)


Instructions

  1. Mix gochujang paste and mayo.
