Serves 2
Ingredients
4 slices sourdough bread
4–6 slices Sonoma Traditional Jack
3 tbsp blackberry jam
1 tbsp honey
Pinch kosher salt
3 tbsp butter (for spreading and pan frying) or cooking spray
Instructions
Spread 1.5 tbsp blackberry jam on two bread slices. Drizzle 1/2 tbsp honey across each jam-covered slice and sprinkle a light pinch of kosher salt.
Top jam slices with 2–3 slices Sonoma Traditional Jack, then close sandwiches with remaining bread.
Heat a skillet over medium-low. Butter the outside of each sandwich (or spray) and place in the skillet.
Cook 3–4 minutes per side, pressing gently and flipping once, until bread is golden and cheese is fully melted. Reduce heat if browning too fast.
