Granola Monster Cookies

Serves 9 large cookies


Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cup of gluten-free flour

  • 1/2 cup of grain-free granola

  • 1/2 cup of peanut butter powder

  • 1 tsp of cinnamon

  • 1 tsp of baking powder

  • 1 tbsp of cornstarch

  • 1/4 cup of brown monk fruit

  • 3 whole eggs

  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup of sugar-free chocolate color gems

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven at 350F.

  2. Mix all the dry ingredients but save some chocolate chips for topping.

  3. Incorporate the greek yogurt, vanilla extract, eggs, and mix well.

  4. Create 8 large cookie dough balls and top with leftover chocolate chips, cereal and cheese.

  5. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.

  6. Bake for 12 minutes and let it cool and enjoy!
