Hazelnut Cinnamon Crunch Brownies

Serves 9 bars


Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup of Beth Blends Gluten-Free Flour (PURELYHL for discount)

  • 1 tsp of baking powder

  • 1/8 tsp of baking salt

  • 4 scoops of Nuzest Vegan Rich Chocolate Protein (PURELYHL for discount)

  • 2/3 of granulated monk fruit

  • 1/3 cup of vanilla greek yogurt

  • 1/3 cup of Nutlicious Cacao Hazelnut Butter Spread

  • 4 tbsp of RxSugar Sugar-Free Maple Syrup (MARIA20 for discount)

  • 2 whole eggs

  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract


Toppings

  • 1/2 cup of crushed cinnamon cereal

  • 3 tbsp of sugar-free chocolate chips



Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven at 350F.

  2. Mix all the dry ingredients for the brownies.

  3. Add the wet ingredients and mix until fully incorporated.

  4. Transfer the batter into a 8x8 silicone baking dish.

  5. Top with crushed cereal and chocolate chips *Sprinkle to water over the cookies to avoid them from burning.*

  6. Bake for 28 minutes.

  7. Let it cool down, slice into 9 pieces and enjoy!
