Honey Salted Protein Ice Cream

Serves 1


Ingredients

Base

  • 1 1/4 cup (300 ml) of organic milk

  • 1/2 tsp of birthday cake flavor drops

  • 1/4 tsp of cinnamon

  • 1/3 cup of RxSugar alullose (MARIA20 for discount)

  • 1/4 cup of Happy Way Whey Vanilla Protein (happymaria for discount)

  • 2 tbsp of Simply Delish Caramel Instant Pudding mix (PURELYHL for discount)

  • 1 pinch of sea salt flakes

Mix-Ins

  • 2 tbsp of crushed graham cookies

  • 1 tbsp of Premium Manuka Honey

  • 1 pinch of sea salt flakes


Instructions.

  1. Mix all the ingredients for the ice cream base using a blender or milk frother.

  2. Cover and freeze overnight.

  3. Set it on your Ninja Creami once frozen and press on the Ice Cream option.

  4. Add your toppings (save some for topping) and press Mix-In. Re-Spin 2 times.

  5. Serve the ice cream and add your leftover toppings.

  6. Enjoy!
